- Enquiry details: your name, email, WhatsApp number, chosen plan and any message you send.
- Payment details: handled by our payment partner. We receive only the payment status and reference.
- Cookies: to remember your cookie choice and, if you accept, to measure our ads.
2. How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, set up and support your plan, send receipts and renewal reminders, and improve our service. We do not sell your data.
3. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our database host, payment partner and email provider, and only as needed.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become orders are deleted after 12 months. Order records are kept as long as the law requires.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
